We keep this short and plain, in the spirit of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your message, your WhatsApp number, and any details you share about your situation. You control how much you tell us.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, bank details or passwords, and you should never send them.
How we use it
We use what you send to understand your situation, answer you, and, where it fits, connect you with an employment lawyer who can help. We share your details with that lawyer so they can assist you, and only for that purpose.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Analytics
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, in aggregate. This helps us improve the content. We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will act on it.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, then remove them. For the terms that go with using this site, see our terms of use.
If you would rather ask a question before sharing anything, that is fine. Message us and share only what you are comfortable with.
