UnfairDismissalLawyer.com.my is an independent resource for people in Malaysia who have been dismissed, forced to resign, retrenched or put through a disciplinary process at work.

We built it because good information was hard to find at the exact moment it matters most: the first days after a termination, when a real deadline is already running.

What we do

We explain your rights, the steps, and the choices in front of you, in English, Malay and Chinese. Every page is written to be understood on the first read, on a phone, by someone who is not a lawyer.

When you want to speak to a lawyer, we connect you with an employment lawyer who handles employee-side dismissal matters. You reach us on WhatsApp, and we take it from there.

What we are not

We are a resource and a point of contact, not a law firm. Reading these pages or messaging us does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and nothing here is a substitute for advice on your own situation.

We only cover the employee’s side. We do not act for employers, and we do not run a directory or a marketplace. One team, one number.

How we keep it honest

We cite the law and reputable sources on the pages where it matters, and we say plainly when something depends on your specific facts. Where we cannot verify a detail, we leave it out rather than guess.
